Geospatial Enabled Database Management System Design and Implementation 7/13/2010
The Kalispel Tribe of Indians Natural Resources Department (KNRD) is requesting proposals from qualified GIS-focused database contractors to perform a needs assessment and develop an integrated relational database management system (RDBMS) including an interface containing the following web-enabled functionality: QA/QC data entry, map services, tabular and spatial querying, and report generation. The RDBMS will contain biological aquatic and terrestrial data, and will act as the central data information system for KNRD. An open-ended architecture, allowing for the eventual expansion of datasets over time, is a critical component to the overall system.
Date, Time and Location: Interested proposers must submit their proposals by 5:00 P.M. PST, Thursday, August 5, 2010.
